The recreation center "Farm House" is located in an ecologically clean area of the Zaoksky district of the Tula region, and is a house with amenities for two halves. There are a total of 15 guest houses with amenities, each house with a separate entrance, a summer veranda and a balcony, wooden houses, plastic windows, a plastic entrance door with an electronic lock. Each house has a veranda attached to it. Rattan furniture is available on the veranda and balcony. The houses are in two rows, the first line of houses is located closer to the pond, the second line of houses is located closer to the garden. The first and second lines are separated by an access road. From each house there is a wooden path with access to a pond and a woodland. In the forest there are wooden gazebos for recreation. Next to the houses there is a barbecue area, as well as weekend barbecue houses in the amount of 6 (six) pieces. There are 4 (four) two–storey wooden baths on the territory, on the ground floor there is a bathroom, a steam room, a shower, on the second floor there is a recreation area. There is also a cafe, a summer cafe and a VIP lounge on the territory. The VIP lounge can accommodate up to 25 people. The hall has a large solid oak table, a large TV, karaoke, barbecue area, bar counter, bathroom, summer veranda. On the territory there is an administrator, a shop, security. Entrance through the gate, the territory is guarded.
