Ladoga is located in one of the most picturesque places of the Leningrad region on Lake Ladoga, in the village of Kokkorevo. In the immediate vicinity there is a large sandy beach with a smooth entry into the water. The distance to the airport is 74 km, and the train station is 37 km away.
There are 4 two-storey cottages at guests' disposal, united under one roof, but zoned among themselves. Each cottage has its own recreation area - a covered terrace, a small hotel gazebo and barbecue, an individual garage hangar for a boat, a separate entrance from the street. On the ground floor: a fireplace room with a dining area, a spacious living room with an open equipped kitchen, enough dishes for a large company, a corner sofa that, if necessary, can be transformed into a sleeping place, a TV, a bathroom, a shower. On the second floor there are two isolated bedrooms and two walk-through rooms with additional sofas.
There is a parking lot for cars on the fenced territory, there is video surveillance, a barbecue for each cottage. It offers a wood-burning sauna.
