The tourist complex "Abalak" is located 20 km from the city of Tobolsk on the high bank of the Irtysh. The wooden fortress was erected next to the Abalaksky Holy Sign Monastery and is a reconstruction of the Siberian prison during the conquest of Siberia by the Cossacks of Ermak Timofeevich.
The Abalak tourist complex has created an atmosphere of generous hospitality, comfort and coziness for tourists and business people! Staying in the ancient capital of Siberia will be memorable not only for the historical aura and sanctity of the Tobolsk land, but also for Siberian hospitality and spiritual openness. Guests of the Abalak tourist complex who want to fully immerse themselves in the era of Ancient Russia can appreciate not only the Siberian cuisine, but also the old village life.
Guest houses of the Abalak tourist complex are designed for individual, corporate or family holidays. The two-storey "Voivodeship Chambers" consist of four two-room rooms and one three-room room. Each room has a cozy living room with a Russian stove and a second room - a bedroom with a large bed. In the oven, you can cook potatoes yourself in a rustic way, cook porridge or cabbage soup in cast iron. And you can order from the menu any dish prepared by the chef of the restaurant "White Owl".
The interior of the rooms is made in a rustic style: homespun patchwork rugs, beaded paintings on the walls, a table-chest in the form of a log cabin with a lid made of huge scaffolds, standing near the window and serving as a table, bed and storage box at the same time, an antique wall clock with a cuckoo, wooden chairs. In the hall there are wooden hangers for outerwear, homemade bast shoes or slippers made of straw, wool socks and mittens of homemade knitting, felt boots.
The house has an observation deck from which you can admire the picturesque surroundings and the starry sky. The stunning beauty of the landscapes of Siberian nature, the mighty Irtysh will not leave guests indifferent!
