Visa to Russia

1. General provisions

1.1.Terms, that will be used hereinafter/further «The System», «The Booking system», «Web Site» and «The Company» refer to LLC «Bronevik»,  registered in the Russian Federation at the legal address: 620041, Ekaterenburg, 8 Osnovinskay St, office 13.

«the User of the system» or «the User» is an individual or a legal person registered on http://www.bronevik.com/ for the purpose of booking travel services through the System.

2. Visa support service

2.1.Present service represents online visa support services. The paid online visa support, requested by online visa support services, is currently provided by independent companies (further Tour Operator), not being  affiliated with LLC «Bronevik». The tourist visa support services is currently provided by LLC «International Business Center, reference number МВТ 013847.

2.2. The Company undertakes to provide the transfer of the visitor's information to the Tour Operator. Tour Operator undertakes to issue the visa invitation document, which must be submitted in time prescribed by current legislation, for a tourist visa to Russia. It does not permit to enter the territory of the Russian Federation, and does not guarantee an issuance of visa to Russia.

2.3. Tour Operator undertakes to provide  visa support documents in the JPEG format by email. If the User needs an original visa invitation letter, the User should contact the Tour Operator and  request it. The Original voucher will be sent by courier service according to its tariffs.

2.4. Neither Сompany, nor Tour Operator are bear responsibility in case of refusal for issuance of a visa to Russia, for the person, for whom the visa invitation was issued. The decision on issuance of visa lies completely in jurisdiction of the Russian consulates. Neither the Сompany, nor Tour Operator are liable/bear responsobility for emergence of damage, and/or emergence of the losses connected with refusal in issuance of visa, or delayed, or other difficulties in gaining entry to or exit from Russia arise.

2.5. Neither Сompany, nor Tour Operator are liable in case of insurance events, incidents, crimes against foreign tourists or their property and in case when transport, financial, or other problems associated with the organization of a tour to Russia for a foreign tourist arise.

2.6. For obtaining the visa invitation an applicant should be provided all the required information, including passport details of each visitor. The Company and Tour Operator are not liable for any difficulties you may experience in case you have provided incorrect information.

 2.7 Payment of visa support documents shall be made in accordance with the terms of section 3 of these Terms and Conditions. The cost of the visa support documents specified at the moment of booking and is irretrievable.

2.8. Visa support services are considered fully rendered after the getting the visa support voucher by the User.

2.9. All visas must be registered by the local representative of the Migration Service of the Russian Federation within seven working days upon arrival to Russia. The responsibility of timely registration lies entirely on the tourist.

3. Payment

3.1. 100 % prepayment must be made for booking of the accommodation and of the another services, exсept another method of payment, prescripted by the contract.

3.2. Payment methods of the accommodation and of the another services on the http://www.bronevik.com/:

a) Payment by credit card online at http://www.bronevik.com/.

b) Payment by cash or by credit card at the office of LLC «Bronevik».

с) Payment by wire transfer to the account of LLC «Bronevik».

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. After the registration at the System User undertakes to keep his registration information from misuse by other persons.

4.2. User agrees to be responsible financial responsibility for his actions at the System under his registration data, except the case when he prove that his registration data was dropped out after the wrongful acts of third parties.

4.3. User agrees to use this Web Site only for legal booking or for legal ordering services for himself or for the other User legally authorized for such transactions.  User understands that abuse or misuse of services on this website may lead to a ban on his subsequent access to such services.

4.4. User agrees that all information, provided by himself is correct. 

User agrees to process his personal data by the System, for reservation in the System, including actions for the storage and destruction of his personal data included in the following list of public information:

a. First name, Last name.

b. Telephone number and email.

c. Another information that was given by the User for the booking of the services in the System.

 4.5. The user undertakes to carry on with rules and conditions of the booking and also undertakes to pay the agreed amount and follow all the rules and restrictions of the provider relating to the availability and use of services.

4.6. Using this site, user agrees to exempt the Company, its affiliates and / or their respective suppliers and any of their employees and agents from any causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind including, but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, incurred by the User or anyone on your behalf in excess of the liability described above or by a third party as a result of:

a)User violates of these rules, or of the documents referenced herein.

b)User violates any law or the rights of a third party.

4.7. User is responsible for the realization of his obligations to the Company LLC «Bronevik» and also user is liable for the property damage of the LLC «Bronevik» and for his business reputation.

4.8. Partners are not liable for their obligations in case of force majeure, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, typhoons, hurricanes, snow drifts, war, mass diseases, strikes, changes in visa regimes. In the event of such circumstances, each partner shall notify the other partner as soon as possible.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. Nothing from these rules should be construed as limiting or excluding of the liability of the LLC «Bronevik» in case of fulfillment of its illegal actions, which caused serious consequences.
