- парковка на территории;
- уютная территория. Ухоженная, тишина, вдалеке от мирской суеты :).
- приветливое отношение и отзывчивость хозяев.
- номера вполе. Санузел, душевая кабина, фен, холодильник, телевизор 20 цифр каналов.
- отдельным корпусом баня с сауной и джакузи.
- подъезная дорога. Около 20 минут от Колязина по дорогам не очень хорошего качества. Это не минусы, т.к. не зависят от отеля, можно сказать, что это особенности расположения.
