**Telex is an invitation which is sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation directly to the Russian Consulate situated in the country of visa obtaining. For visa applying a foreigner should present the unique number of telex and passport. The delivery of the invitation in case of telex is not required.
